Large lounge with luxurious seating and dining area. Including plasma TV, DVD player, Free view box and gas fire. Modern spacious newly fitted kitchen including gas cooker, electric fridge, toaster, microwave. All utensils, pots and pans supplied. We provide private parking on our driveway next to the caravan. We also provide a private patio for you to enjoy a relaxing area with BBQ.
The bathroom comprises of a new electric shower, toilet and hand basin.
The caravan has 3 bedrooms - one double room with fitted units and large vanity mirror and 2 twin bedded rooms with fitted wardrobes. All bedrooms are heated. All duvets and pillows are supplied but bed linen and towels not included.
The caravan is situated only a minute's walk from all the site's main attractions i.e. shops, pubs, clubs, food halls, indoor swimming pool which has a splash zone activities programme, launderette, bakery shop, hire shop (cots, buggies and bikes).
The site has lots of entertainment to suit all age groups, i.e. paws and tiger club also non stop family entertainment i.e. cabarets, mini disco etc.
The caravan site is located on Great Yarmouth's great sandy beach front and only a 15 minute walk from Great Yarmouth town centre.

We have never regretted buying a caravan in Great Yarmouth, We started by renting at Haven Seashore and when we visited the caravan sales on the holiday park with the offer of buy your own caravan we bought it . The family wanted weekend breaks, weekday breaks and 7 day breaks in the school holiday. This caravan is a family caravan we want to rent out to families and its location close to the sea & beach and within walking distance of Great Yarmouth is ideal for your summer holiday.
